Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification & Experience
The positions are open only to officials retired from Central Government service or Central Autonomous Bodies at Pay Level 8 (₹47,600–₹151,100) or above, as per the 7th CPC.
Consultant (Administration):
Candidates must have experience in general administration, GFR, FRSR, RTI, GeM, CCS (Conduct) Rules, purchase, stores, and legal matters.
Consultant (Establishment):
You need to have experience with establishment issues, hiring rules, promotion rules, MACP, pay fixation, general financial regulations, and FRSR.
Consultant (Finance & Accounts):
Must have experience with general financial regulations, making annual accounts, accounting procedures, PFMS, and conducting audits.
Age Limit
The engagement starts with a year-long contract that can be renewed until the person is 65, as long as they are healthy and able to do the job.
Remuneration
A fixed monthly remuneration will be provided during the contract period:
- For pensioners: Remuneration will be calculated by deducting the basic pension from the last pay drawn plus Transport Allowance (including DA on TA).
- For non-pensioners: 50% of the last basic pay plus Transport Allowance (including DA on TA).
No house rent allowance or other allowances will be provided. However, TA/DA for official tours will be allowed as per entitlement at the time of retirement.
Income Tax or other applicable taxes will be deducted at source.
