- Registration is only open from January 31 to February 14, 2026.
- You can submit your application online from February 2 to February 16, 2026, till 5:00 PM.
- February 18, 2026, to February 19, 2026, is the time to make corrections.

Step-by-Step India Post GDS Apply Online Process
There are two primary phases to the online application process:
Step 1: Register Once (OTR)
First, go to the official GDS online engagement site. Click “New Registration” and type in your:
- Active mobile number (you need to verify it with an OTP)
- An email ID that works (you need to verify it using an OTP)
- Your name, date of birth, gender, and category are all personal information.
Check that all of the information is precisely the same as on your 10th-grade certificate. You will get a registration number and password after you successfully register.
Only one registration is allowed per candidate.
Step 2: Fill the Online Application Form
After you sign up, you can log in with your registration number and password.
You will need to:
- Fill in your personal information (this is done automatically when you register)
- Fill in the data and grades for the 10th class board.
- Choose your favourite division.
